Sven Tilanus

Founder/CEO

Sven has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur in different fields. In the past 5 years, he has focused on creating marketing automation and networking software. His innovative, persistent, and positive mindset has contributed largely to his successful collaboration with a global network of freelancers, for decades.

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – Feeling the excitement among the team and partners when they get what we are doing and especially why.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – It would offer freelancers more independence and freedom. Because now they can spend more time on working with their current paying clients rather than chasing low quality leads.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – Creator of puzzle pieces (and helping others SOLVE them, of course)

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I tend to be good at giving massages (the less people know the better). And, just listening to people.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: Focus is growth. And heck, did that work (hint hint).

Tijana Momirov

Product Manager

Tijana is a software engineer, product manager, and founder of StartupSetup where she helps founders start their startups, all in a remote, agile, and super lean way by leveraging the gig economy. She’s been a full-time nomad since 2010 and loves blogging and giving talks about nomadic lifestyle, managing remote teams, the future of work, the gig economy, productized services, and more. She is a co-author of “Your Company with No Walls” and a Mentor at various startup organizations.

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – I love the journey from the idea to the launch, even more with a great team and of a product that I personally want to use.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – The freelancers heavily depend on good leads and LeadSwop is the first product that caters to that need in an easy and straightforward way. On the other hand, the client companies will also be more willing to work with freelancers when things run smoothly, which means more work and success for everybody in the system.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – Guiding the idea-to-launch process from the ‘business meets tech’ perspective.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I do event organization occasionally as my side (passion) project.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: – Now is as good as any other time.

Andreina Zahalka

UI/UX

Andreina is a full-time Designer focused on User-Centered solutions. She specializes in User Interfaces, Web Pages, and Games design. Andreina mixes her design studies with UX principles to create a line of work, starting from as early as project conception, that is both beautiful and functional for the end-user.

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – Being able to discover a new way of using LeadSwop every day. It’s a project with endless possibilities.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – I do believe LeadSwop will bring closer freelancers who want to collaborate with one another.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – Design and Interaction maker

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I can see and understand other people’s points of view without really changing/affecting me.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: – If you decide you are going to do it, stop whining and just do it

Marina Andrejic Dovzenko

Marketing Manager

Marina is a Marketing Specialist engaged to bring Leadswop to their audience. Her main concern is to make sure that anyone sees what benefits Leadswop has to offer to all freelancers around the world

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – I like to be part of this energetic, young and enthusiastic team. I like how we share ideas and try to build this amazing project together.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – It will finally cut the time for endless search for “more” projects, remove the “empty” interviews time and provide freelancers more time on improving their skills rather than the tiring process of job hunting.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – I am a Marketing person!

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I can cook and I am great at dancing 🙂

Jelena Piljic

Marketing

Jelena has a BA in Theatre Production from the Faculty of Drama Arts and holds an MA in Management and Cultural Policy from the University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. Her experience is mainly in the field of production within various international and European projects and festivals. She likes working in creative tech environments and building new projects from scratch. She is a nature and dance lover.

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – I believe in the LeadSwop idea of sharing within the digital community and I really enjoy working with the LeadSwop team and bringing this idea to life.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – This project has the potential to drastically cut the time spent on finding the right people, the right job, and the right terms. the fact that this is referral-based is something very natural and just seems right. I think it will be appreciated by the vast majority of freelancers.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – All-round Marketing.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I dance Contact Improvisation.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: – Be true to yourself, no matter what.

Ira Burdeina

Graphic and Web Designer

Ira is a graphic, motion, web designer, and illustrator. She loves her work, so she puts her soul into it. Her goal is to help in achieving goals by creating amazing designs. She helps in staying ahead of the competition, multiplying income, and creating user-friendly branding. She is a young, active, and creative lady who constantly strives to improve and develop her skills. The range of what she can do is huge, from a small icon to the full packaging of the brand (logo, website design, social media banner ads, videos, product packaging, etc.).

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – I’m inspired by the idea of LeadSwop. And I’m proud to be part of this great team.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – This will have a very positive effect on the world of freelancers. One of the problems of a freelancer is finding the right team quickly and efficiently to work on a particular project. And LeadSwop is a great way to do that.

Peter is the team’s ‘wordsmith’. With over a decade of experience helping brands step into their superpowers through the beautiful power-play of (right) words, he has serviced a phalanx of tech startups, and is the go-to guy for stamping brands’ overall voice/tone consistency. An iubenda-certified partner, he also doubles as the team’s legal-compliance ‘enforcer’, helping the team’s websites, apps and data processing activities stay legally compliant.

What do you like about being involved in the LeadSwop project? – Everyone likes to dub their startup as disruptive. But LeadSwop lives up to the tag. I’m uber-excited about the idea and the looming spectre of change that’s about to sweep the freelancing community.

How do you think it could change/affect the freelancer’s world? – Leads are the life and blood of freelance businesses. This means a solution like ours that helps get leads without wasting time or breaking the bank is a game-changer.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be? – Content & Legal.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – Juggling balls (*ahem* silicone balls).

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: – For coders (and any professional really) — that in life, you should try to solve every possible codes. And if you don’t succeed, then don’t worry, at least you’ll be a badass typist. 🙂
